That's one in 87 hanger packs. Statistically, scarce but how rare we'll not know since these aren't numbered. (If they were, that would have some instantly higher perception of value in my mind.) Why did I revisit this one? Well, two Wander Franco 1/1s have been found in hangers in recent weeks ... so, well, I threw one into an order. Did I need more? Nah, I'm good on Series 1 this year but I took the trivial shot. ... Statistically, you should find Franco base cards in these packs roughly one in every six times you open them. ... The Stars cards are retail-only finds with parallels and Chromes in play and they make up most of your insert presence here though this one also included a Blue that I believe is a Walmart-only inclusion ... though I didn't get this at Walmart. The hobby boxes are too lean on inserts if you ask me, so this format does feel a little more enticing but still also a bit base-heavy. This one has a crisper and cleaner design than last year -- and it's one that emphasizes the photographs well with a number of oddball images that get a good ride -- but speaking as an old-timer but not an old old-timer I think this one needs a lot more flash and dash via inserts. That thought holds true for me having ripped all formats (so far) other than hobby jumbo. Product Grade: B+ (better design than last year -- just needs something more) Box Grade: A- (one rarer find here) Fun Grade: B Follow Buzz on Twitter @BlowoutBuzz or send email to BlowoutBuzz@blowoutcards.com.  >> Click here to buy cards on BlowoutCards.com | CollectingAll.com | @CollectingAll
